Before you can join us as a volunteer, you must first complete the Everett School District Volunteer background check.
To complete this application follow this link: https://www.everettsd.org/volunteer. You will need to complete your application as a School Day Volunteer**. Please email the PTA at EverettLowellPTA@gmail.com if you have questions.
Once you have completed the application AND received approval, you are ready to join the fun!!

Form Information
1. Funds Request Form - For use by staff or PTA members to be reimbursed for budgeted expenses. ** All non-staff Funds Requests must be pre-approved by the PTA Executive Board. **
2. Online Funds Request Form - This is a Google Form that requires the same information as the downloadable Funds Request Form in item 1. You can complete this form from your device and upload electronic versions (photos accepted) of receipts and/or invoices.
3. Grant Request Form - This is a Staff ONLY form.
